record screen along with a voice on your Quest 3

So to get started, unlike the command that you get
right here with the recording, this one is kind of

useless because it will never give you the actual
option to record your voice. So to do so you need

to navigate right here where you have the camera
and you will find this one right here, record

option. Now when you press on it, it will bring up
a window just to show this that looks like this

So record video and it then asks you if you want
to also record your mic. Toggle it on and then

select start recording. Now even when you toggle
this on, if you're going to record afterwards

using this gesture, it will again be off.
So to record audio along with your voice

you will always need to basically navigate
to the camera app and record it from there

and manually toggle it on every time, which is a little bit of a annoyance.
But later on once you're done recording you can just kind of do this
