WEBVTT

00:00.000 --> 00:02.640
How's it going

00:02.640 --> 00:09.399
I'm Tim Dimitriou from GM Performance Vehicles. I want to
talk a little bit about the beast concept we have here

00:09.399 --> 00:21.079
So what you see here is our concept beast. It's got an LT4 650
horsepower, 650 foot pounds of torque, 10 speed, 10L90 transmission

00:21.079 --> 00:24.600
all hooked to an off-road chassis that's got
almost 16 inches of travel in the rear and

00:24.600 --> 00:39.840
almost 13 inches in the front, 37 inch tires, Fox
Podium 3.0 shocks, literally the off-road beast

00:39.840 --> 00:46.479
So with General Motors we've done the IS
Infantry Squad Vehicle for GM Defense

00:46.479 --> 00:53.080
It was based out of Colorado. It's basically a true pawler
but it has a lot of cool features where it looks like this

00:53.080 --> 00:57.880
overgrown side by side. So our design
studio thought it was a pretty cool concept

00:57.880 --> 01:06.260
You know, what if we were to do a civilian version? What if we were
to do a, you know, full blown off-road, side by side-esque fun toy

01:06.260 --> 01:14.080
So what are you using for suspension and
wheels and tires? So all custom suspension

01:14.080 --> 01:20.400
This is a, like I said, a concept build. We
designed a suspension that's relatively producible

01:20.400 --> 01:25.279
It's a four link with a panoramic bar in
the rear, extended control arms up front

01:25.279 --> 01:32.040
We use a production full size truck knuckle on the
end but we maintain a relatively productive geometry

01:32.040 --> 01:42.400
For the wheels, our race line 20 inch wheels,
bead lock capable in the bead lock position

01:42.400 --> 01:47.400
Concept Studio likes big wheels. It's an off-roader. I
always say put 17 inch wheels on it and call it a day

01:48.400 --> 01:59.400
Let's take a walk. I'm just going to take a
walk around here. Seems like a popular device

01:59.400 --> 02:03.900
Great to see the feedback. How many do
you sell? Well, that's the question

02:03.900 --> 02:07.400
How many would, how many do you
want? How much do you want to pay

02:07.400 --> 02:11.399
Well that's going to be up to
the customer, isn't it? Yep

02:11.399 --> 02:20.399
Let's take a look inside. So the
interior is kind of interesting

02:23.399 --> 02:29.399
Full one-off custom. We have AIM displays. One
in front of the driver, one as a center stack

02:29.399 --> 02:39.399
Recaro seats. They're cross sport ORV seats that
we've embroidered with some custom stitching

02:39.399 --> 02:43.399
Four point harnesses front and rear
for when you get a little crazy

02:44.399 --> 02:51.399
They've got the logo on them.
Yep. And it's room for four

02:51.399 --> 03:01.399
Four, yes. Everybody has three
point or more six point harnesses

03:01.399 --> 03:13.399
They should be all be four point harnesses. And
coming to a showroom and seeing you in 2026, right

03:13.399 --> 03:24.399
Make your voices heard. We'll never say never. So in the real world,
if this were to be produced, how would you make it street legal

03:24.399 --> 03:28.399
What would that be? So actually it's
not too far off as it sits here

03:28.399 --> 03:36.399
We need a true windshield. We need some thunder flares that actually
cover the tires for full tire coverage on a state-by-state basis

03:36.399 --> 03:43.399
You can have removable doors. It's actually,
you know, full windshield wipers, defroster

03:43.399 --> 04:01.399
Other than that, it's pretty close
to being street legal. Thank you
